Nike CTR360 Gets Hi-Vis Colour Update

CTR360 Maestri III gets a bold Autumn update from Nike.

A bonefied fooballers favourite, the CTR360 Maestri III can be seen on some of the best midfield generals in the game. The likes of Andres Iniesta, Sergio Busquets and Jack Wilshere all wear the popular control boot. The CTR360 isn't just for the midfielder though, strikers such as Carlos Tevez and Englands newest hope Ricky Lambert are both fans of the silo.

A far cry from the last Charcoal/White/Black paint job to be dropped on the CTR360, the new Volt/Green colourway is one for the loud crowd. It's far from OTT though, with the predominately bright Volt being counteracted by the more subtle green touches. Black laces, soleplate and swoosh provide a balanced finish to a stylish boot.

adidas Drop Black Leather Edition F50

Speed boots are typically bright, eccentric and designed to stand out but adidas continue to acknowledge the demand for a more low key style by releasing a leather, almost blackout version of their new generation adizero F50.
The black/blue F50 is wrapped in soft Taurus leather on the front of the boot to offer a more natural ball feel. The SPEEDFOIL on the back of the synthetic editions is replaced by a lightweight, perforated synthetic leather to finish off a more heritage-esque design.

The leather aspects on the boot have added an extra few grams to the overall weight, but at just 185g it's hardly noticeable and for players who prefer a leather feel then it's a sacrifice they'd be more than happy to make.

PUMA x BMW evoSPEED Collaboration

When it comes to limited edition collaborations there’s one brand that stands out. PUMA have an impressive back catalogue of boots including partnerships with Ducati, Ferrari and Hublot and now they’ve hooked up with BMW to release 535 pairs of BMW evoSPEED boots.
So why just 535 pairs? Well, bear with us... The first incarnation of the BMW M5 was hand-built utilising the 535i chassis and the M5 was preceded in 1980 by the M535i. This isn’t the first time BMW and PUMA have joined forces, the two brands have a motorsport footwear collection, but it is the first time they’ve delivered their association in football.

The evoSPEED BMW is a boot that will no doubt be popular amongst collectors but for players who are eyeing them up as their next pair of boots to lace up in then they can be assured that under the bonnet is all the standard evoSPEED technology. A lighter than ever microfibre upper and PUMA GripTex; a 3D transparent print which delivers extra grip to improve touch in wet conditions.
